The theme of this work is “Please do not touch,” which is the most common regulation at museums. There are many exhibits which are activated by touching them to use. Therefore it is a contradiction with their original function. However, we are agreed without wonder not to touch artwork. A Jenga game made with brass was created based on my question: “Why should we not touch artworks?” In this work I explored how the behavior of touching can effect an object. High polished brass and structure of Jenga is easy to find trace of being touched. I exhibited it at my graduation show at Gerrit Rietveld Academie and observed how it was changed through 5 days of the show.
