Have you ever felt that one minute is so long and an hour is an instant? Even though we live in a common time system, the feeling of the passage of time isn’t necessarily the same for everyone. The 11 plates that change from white to black are scales to measure your personal time. People choose one colour which indicate your current time in your life based on your thoughts or experience, not by a common system. A boy about 10 years old chose a color that is very close to black since he wants to be grown up as soon as possible, and an elderly woman chose a color that is close to white because she still feels young and lively. A man thought that the scale starts from black to white because it seemed that they are heading from filled to nothing. A sense of time can be free and unique to everyone. This is a tool for measuring the subjective time that can go back and forth, instead of one direction.
